Follow-up appointments are a continuation of the previous visit and usually includes one or two modalities listed below depending on the client's needs.

Cranial Sacral

A non-invasive, light touch therapy with gentle pressure and manipulations along the tissues surrounding the sacrum (triangular bone formed at the base of the spinal column), the spinal column and the cranial bones. This unique, therapy assists the body in balancing the flow of our Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF). CSF is produced within the ventricular system of the brain and is responsible for bathing, nourishing and oxygenating the brain, the spinal cord and everything attached.
