            "The Healing Path is

            Our Journey to Self-Discovery"

            - Tarin Hyder

            Holistic Health Provider

            New Client Consultation

            • In Naturopathy we seek to find balance within the body. We search for the root cause of the symptoms you are suffering from. Common root causes may include nutritional deficiencies, a source of toxicity; internal or environmental, parasitic invasion, emotional components as emotions play a major role in the physical manifestation of disease.

            • Meeting you exactly where you are, we then put a plan into place and begin your journey healing one layer at a time.

            Follow-up Appointments

            • Follow-up appointments are a continuation of the previous visit and usually includes one or two modalities listed below depending on the client's needs.

            Cranial Sacral

            • A non-invasive, light touch therapy with gentle pressure and manipulations along the tissues surrounding the sacrum (triangular bone formed at the base of the spinal column), the spinal column and the cranial bones. This unique, therapy assists the body in balancing the flow of our Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF). CSF is produced within the ventricular system of the brain and is responsible for bathing, nourishing and oxygenating the brain, the spinal cord and everything attached. Everyday we endure stresses and strains that our body must compensate for. This compensation may result in tissues tightening, causing tension around the brain and the spinal cord impeding the flow of our CSF. Our body’s ability to function optimally depends directly upon the production and re-absorption of the CSF.

            Light & Color Therapy

            • A technique of restoring imbalance by means of applying color to the body.

            Light Healing Touch

            • Light Healing Touch therapy involves the use of a very light touch of the hands in order to clear, stimulate, and restore balance to the energy flowing through one’s body and the energy field surrounding it.

            Lymphatic Drain Massage

            • A massage using light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph to reduce toxins in your body.

            Massage Therapy

            • A manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and wellbeing.

            Muscle Response Testing

            • Muscle testing is also known as Applied Kinesiology (AK) or Muscle Response Testing (MRT). MRT relies on the extremely precise energy connection between mind and body. These connections can be tested to diagnose or read certain blockages in the body.

            Personalized Flower Essences

            • A flower essence is the vibrational imprint of a flower that has been transferred and stabilized in water. We personalize based on your energy needs.

            Raindrop Therapy

            • A method of using reflexology, aromatherapy, massage techniques, and essential oils applied on the spine and on the feet.

            Reflexology

            • Reflexology is a manipulation performed on the feet. There are 7200 nerve endings on the feet that directly connect to an organ, gland or specific body part. Applying direct pressure to these reflex points will relieve stress and tension , improve circulation and blood supply and increase oxygen flow throughout the body.

            Reiki

            • Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

            Tuning Forks Sound Therapy

            • A noninvasive healing therapy that uses sound vibration to unblock or release energy disturbances inside and outside the body, which re-harmonizes and attunes the human energy field.

            Vinyasa Flow Yoga

            • A vigorous form of  Vinyasa flow yoga that incorporates upper body, lower body, & core movements to strengthen the body.

The Four Pillars of Destiny is a form of astrology based on the Chinese calendar.
