Come and learn the what, how's and why's of Elderberry Syrup! In this class we will not only discuss Elderberry, but we will discuss other medicinal herbs that can be added to the syrup for both medicinal purposes and added flavor. After discussion, we will all become empowered as we place our hands on the ingredients and make our own batch! While we wait for the Elderberry syrup to steep, Chelsea will hold an invigorating new beginners slow flow yoga class where we will explore basic principles of yoga breathing and some fundamental poses that stretch and strengthen the body! Modifications will be available to all. Aromatherapy will be included in this yoga session. You won't want to miss this workshop! This class must be paid for in advance in order to ensure adequate amount of supplies.
